ROBERT ELDER is a second generation Realtor with over 15 years of hands on  real estate experience in all aspects of the business.  His expertise in representing both sellers and buyers is evident by his many awards and accolades including "Realtor of the Year" by Greater SA Builders Association and Top 100 Realtors in SA. Robert and his mother/business partner, Alice Jo Sanchez, were recently named as "ONE OF THE HIGHEST POWERED MOTHER & SON REALTOR TEAMS IN SA" by RE (Realtors Edge Magazine).

 

ALICE JO SANCHEZ has been a licensed Texas Realtor since 1989 and has assisted thousands of families throughout her successful career.  She holds the prestigious CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation, GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and the ALHS (Accredited Luxury Homes Specialist) designations. Among her many real estate specialties, she is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of new home construction, executive & luxury properties, and area demographics. AJ also can assist clients with their commercial real estate needs and is a highly skilled negotiator and real estate consultant.

 

RENEE DOUGLAS is the Operations Manager for the group.  A highly accomplished individual, Renee assists the group with the day to day operations and is excellent in communicating with our buyers and sellers in the "contract to closing" aspect of transactions.  Her caring & enthusiastic attitude has received "kudos" from many of our past and present clients.

 

INGER THOMAS is a buyer specialist and is very familiar with the relocation process that families go through when moving from another area into the SA community.  Actively involved with her husbands medical practice and also very actively involved with her two childrens school activities, she knows the "ins & outs" of establishing a family in a new city. Inger really goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are happy with their new dream home & takes great pride in knowing that she has done a job well done!
